Nortel Networks' Business Communications Manager (BCM) is the market leader in converged voice and data solutions providing a choice of IP-enabled and purely IP services in one very powerful box. Design Interpretive was asked to mechanically evolve this enterprising product to the next level.

While Nortel's enterprise architects explored the various configuration options, the DI design team fed back mechanical solutions to make Nortel's vision a reality.

Mixing legacy and the latest in advanced components, DI guided Nortel's enterprise team to solutions that were both cost effective and innovative while increasing the feature list and expanding deployment options to include a wall mounting option which is consistent with the small-to-medium business thinking of optimizing enterprise real-estate.
