CML Emergency Services

CML's CES for Motorola...
Design Interpretive creates a cost effective, highly valued product solutions for Ottawa based CML Emergency Services.

CML Emergency Services has been the leader in 9-1-1 network communication solutions for over two decades. As a global provider of mission critical 9-1-1 communications equipment CML has a portfolio of products that encompasses switching routing, PSAP-based 9-1-1 switches and a complete range of software applications to meet varying requirements.

Design Interpretive has worked closely with CML to improve a number of their products with the goal of simplify installation and easing maintenance.

The CES (Console Electronics Shelf) is purchased by Motorola for use in their MCC5500 emergency dispatch solution. This example illustrates how the addition of a simple cable management component to this product can improve simplicity and ease of use.

Along with an innovative, cost effective cable management solution, CML engaged Design Interpretive to improve the power and interface area of the product to facilitate quick module replacement and provide clear status indication, two factors that are essential to this mission critical component.
